USAF to Replace Fleet of Hueys

The huey has been around since Vietnam. Its time for a replacement.The replacement I guess will be the MH-139 a version of the Leonardo Aw-139.

The ‘Boeing’ MH-139 actually isn’t a bad machine.  The 1Ns didn’t need a 60-like replacement...the USAF bent-wing crowd will appreciate the 139’s glass-like ride and very nice approach/landing picture (compared to a 60’s very nose-high ‘guess where we’ll finally touch down’ attitude/visibility.’
