I don't disagree with you, however one of the biggest issues we face is the vote harvesting - which both parties are guilty of - and a result neither party will deal with it, until it hits a visible criminal issue (which those cases have been linked here before)

Arguable, as the only significant difference is the engines don’t rotate, the gearbox linkage for the rotor is very similar. I really like the idea of the tilt rotor - as speed is life in a lot of situations. But I don’t think the design is nearly as solid as fixed rotary wing.
